This is the James family at Copley’s Corn Maze in West Yorkshire. One of my favorite things to photograph is kids having fun and this day was packed full of it! We spent the afternoon running, hiding and most of all trying to find our way to the end of the maze! It was an awesome day out and the kids thought it was amazing! Here’s a little look into this fun family shoot! Enjoy xx

This week I’m excited to share some personal pictures from my surprise birthday weekend in Scotland! My incredibly fun + talented husband, organized for us to go Glamping (Glamorous-Camping) in Scotland through Canopy & Stars with some of our best friends, Ryan + Chels!! (Who are also very talented and have an amazing band called ‘The Coopers’!) My husband knew I had always wanted to go to Scotland, and it was one of the best presents ever! We drove up saturday morning and arrived at our converted horse box on the banks of Loch Voil sometime in the late afternoon and it was absolutely stunning! Have you ever been somewhere so beautiful that all you can remember saying is “woooooooooow” over and over again? …well it was just like that! We went for walks, made fires, played games, ate, drank, laughed, relaxed and enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. In the short amount of time we were there, we must of said “I can’t believe we’re here!” at least twenty times, we were so happy! Scotland was beautiful, the people were lovely, the weather was gorgeous, our time there flew by, and we have so many fun stories from our weekend trip. Hope you enjoy the photos and it inspires you to go for an adventure of your own with friends and family! xjojox
I also put together a little video below to give you a better glimpse into our glamping trip to Scotland!

To make things even better, today, while I was putting this post together I found out that one of the photos I took on my trip of a highland cow won the Canopy & Stars Annual Photography Competition!

A lot of people think I only photograph weddings and are quite surprised when I mention I do a lot of corporate photography.
So I thought I would do a little blog post on it this week!
Headshots & Corporate photography are secretly one of my favourite things to photograph. I know it may sound odd or boring, but I guess thats why I like it, there’s a challenge! Taking what is normally dull or mundane and making it contemporary, stylilsh and mainly fun! Plus, I love, when my clients send me little notes or emails telling me how happy they are to have a fresh, friendly, professional image of themselves, how it lifted the level of their brand and how proud they are to use it on their websites, books, or public speaking tours.
One of my clients even found love through his headshots. He told me his friends wanted to set him up on a date, but the girl wasn’t keen. However, after seeing his head-shots, she wanted to meet this ‘handsome man’. And I’m happy to say that I received a phone call to say that they are now happily Married!!
Hehe, I can’t promise this for all photographs!
Companies even ask me to come in and photograph whole departments for them, as it helps them be more personable by having a ‘meet the team’ page for their websites or brochures.
Well, I’m slightly addicted to those ‘extreme makeover’ programmes, it doesn’t matter if its houses or people I love seeing the before and after shots! So with that in mind, I asked a few of my clients to give me a hand and send in the old photos they used to use as their head shots or on their ‘meet the team’ page of their website.
Enjoy! xjojox
